FS-UAE 1.0.0 has just been released, and can be downloaded from http://fengestad.no/wp/fs-uae.

Changes in this version (since 0.9.12) include:
* Performance improvements.
* Ability to change controllers during game play from the GUI.
* Improved net play support with integrated text chat.
* Improved handling of relative paths in configuration files.
* New configuration options

And many other improvements!

Nice, will have to check this out.
Just fighting at the moment with my home server, I wiped the HDD in temper, :(.
Now Im trying to reset it up from scratch, but Apache is being stupid, :(.

I hope you do it FOL, a dedicated server would make everything so much easier. I suggest you keep its url secret for the meantime and see how it handles the stress of hosting more than one game.
