need companion disk

I need the companion disk for the amiga game maker's manual
by Stephen Hill. Would it be possible for someone to send me
a copy of the disk ?

I searched for this in various places, Yahoo, Google, eab, aminet etc. with no success.

I think the best bet of getting this disk would be to have the real disk itself.

Unfortunately, i didn't get a copy with the the manual so to have the real disk, someone would need to give it to me.
