R.I.S.S Zip file help

Probaly going to make myself sound really stupid now : (

I have downloaded the Bloodwych R.I.S.S file Bloodwych.zip

I have read through the R.I.S.S stuff and can find no mention of this, I unzip the file and
get a Bloodwych.zip.cpgz file, now what ?
