Well, the title gave it pretty much away ;D
Exl made a nice editor for the CD32 version of Chaos Engine. Just have a look at the thread on EAB : http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=53449 (yeah I'm lazy ;))
The editor is Windows only, but the levels work nicely in the WHDLoad version :)

Hypothesis: Current scientific thought suggests we have already achieved max rocking level.

Perhaps max-rocking levels could be radically increased with creation of 30ft tall motion controlled guitar thrashing robot simulacrum.

Result: We rocked the f*ck out.
