noobz: PSPUAE error 8002014C when starting

I've setup PSPUAE as in readme, and checked all forums leads, but when starting PSPUAE 0.63BE the error comes up "The game could not be started (8002014C). Anyone else come across this and knows how to fix this I would gratefully appreciate it.

n00bz? you running this via eloader?
If so why? you just use the standard version. Not the Eloader version.
