These are non-zipped, fully working ADF files that work fine in the PC emulator but it will not let me select them in PSPUAE. When I select certain files, it acts as if I didn't select anything.

I've tried renaming the files to the 8.3 rule and still nothing.

youll have to post them up, or show us where we can download them to test tbh mate.

they arent HighDens disks, but DoubleDens selected or anything are they? custom adfs etc?

(though i've never had any problems with custom adfs either)

i am curious to know how you mean about "wont select" ?

what psp firmware, version of pspuae etc you running... any details may help.

I have kick13.rom installed, PSP firmware of 3.03C

These roms work fine on the PC emulator.

When I select a disk for the drive it takes me back to the menu selector as if I didn't select any roms.

You press O or X when you select adf?

err.. you are not trying to load kick13.rom in the floppy drive are you? hehe
(i think its just the way you've written it!)

select  kickstart1.3 - reset amiga - insert adf with X  - this is the most you should need to to tbh.

i assume you see the kick1.3 boot screen when you boot pspuae?

Yes, and of the 10 ADF images I have only one works (BMX simulation) so it *is* working with certain files but not the majority of them.

The Problem is ,you must uncheck the writeprotect checkbox on the adf files, with options ,on windows explorer :)

Hmmm, never had to do this. Can you supply the adf's that require this, so i can confirm, as all the adf's i have tried (100+) have worked fine, no problem.

i managed to create one of these non-working adfs when making a RISS once (i meant to post it :S)  i am wondering if i accidently write-protected in winuae though?  might be the cause? unlikely but hey... work a check
