Please Help a Noob

Hi guys i'm pritty new to the emu seen and i'm trying to play speedball2
i've put every thing on me psp kicks game state etc but every time i try playing it the psp just turns off 

any help would be great

We need some more info.

PSPUAE Version?
What kickstarts you have and how they are named?

PSP Firmware Version? EDIT: looks at profile, 3.40OE A
If OE Firmware, what Kernel is it set to?

Also, I know you proberly have, but the readme is quite comprehensive and covers almost everything.

also have  kick13.rom
               kick20.rom
               kick31.rom
oh and thats how they are named
have psp with 3.40 OE-A on it and have set the Kernel to 1.50
have read the read-me loads of times but without joy 

i can get the emu to boot up so it shows the 1.3 screen i can even goto the menu when u press select but every time i try playing or loading a state it just crashs and turns the psp off.....

Odd, how about trying to use the pspuae folder in the GAME340 folder and see if that works

k, try this;

Put your kernel to 3.40 and then put pspuae folder in the GAME folder and try again. If that doesnt work, ill send you the setup on my psp minus the kickroms. Im using kernel 3.40 (never change it as everything works fine for me).

Oh and make sure you have no options1.config file in the configs folder

Just incase anyone else has this problem.

BAM, took the V1.00 Eboot folder (called "pspuae"). Then placed it in the GAME folder on the PSP, he then placed the kickroms into the KICKS folder of PSPUAE.

Next he changed his Kernel in recovery mode back to 3.40, then PSPUAE ran fine.
