IVE ONLY JUST DISCOVERED ABOUT EMULATORS ON PSP DOWNLOADED DGEN BUT WONT WORK AS I HAVE VERSION 3.02 UPDATE ARE THERE ANY EMULTORS THAT WORK WITH THIS VERSION OR DO I HAVE TO DOWNGRADE AND HOW  EASY IS THIS TO DO. YOUR HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED THANKS

Well your out of luck, any firmware above 2.80 can not run any homebrew, so until an exploit is found, your screwed, .

You can't downgrade your 3.02. I'm sorry.

If you have 3.02 it's possible to upgrade with 3.03 and after that with the non patched version of GTA PSP you can downgrade to 1.5

Yeh, now it is, but check the post date, . Im sure he knows about the 3.03 downgrader by now. If anyone else has a PSP 2.00+ to 3.03, I advise using the n00bz downgrader, as it patches the IDStorage of newer PSP's fine.
