I too am having problems loading SWOS using the latest PSPUAE 0.63. I'm getting returncode 20 and have trie many different kicks and swos.adf's. Anyone help me?

Hungry Horace

theres loads of dody ADFs of SWOS out there im afraid.

either keep experimenting, or use the RISS version in the downloads section.

ahh goodstuff! sorry im still getting used to navigating round this site!

Did you finish the 07 update? that would be great!

Hungry Horace

it's ready, but it's not been compiled as a RISS yet. It will likely get done when it goes on the Amiga Online website as well.

Can you not just up the file without the RISS format? I always change the states anyway so not to fussed

swos 07 would be superb!

Hungry Horace

editted SWOS does not fit on the original 2 ADFs.

the files alone are useless to you, as with HD support there is no way to run the game.

The only method it can be played is by creating a RISS.

please be patient, i will try to get it done very soon.

They can be quite unstable, depends on how mem state uses I suppose.

you dont need custom ADFs for dos disks, just high-dens. But i would be surprised if SWOS operates like a completely normal dos disk, since the game doesnt even let you speed up the drive without crashing.

anyway, the RISS got  made and uploaded. all those requests and demands for an updated version, and there's been 10 downloads and only 1 thanks.

i do kinda wonder why i bothered.  ::)

You're right. It doesn't take much to say thanks instead of taking it for granted, so....
Thanks man
