E-UAE Wip4

So, I ended up getting side tracked. Currently pushing to get Wip4 up and running.

Slowly progressing through boot process. Fixed large mem allocations, input issue, config and rom issue. Wrote sound backend that progressed it more. Currently stuck at memory issue. Psp doesnt crash and neither does uae. Just stops no errors or anything. In process of tracing issue. Appears to me memory related. Have a log of ptr before, but logs stop. So nothing after.

Im plowing full ahead into this. Made a lot of progress tonight.
Got to the point of it starting to render before it dies, on final stretch.

Then comes the menu, once up and running.
Once I have a full feature working emu, then I will start tweaking / adding features.
Old PSPUAE was a good test bed for my tests and experiments. So Im hopeful we can get decent speed.
I have already laid alot of ground work, i.e. MIPS JIT, MP3 player, buffered audio, etc etc.
Hopefully by weekend I will have something booting and I can show a perfectly compiled for MIPS R4000 E-UAE (with no hacks in code to get it working).
