Bloodwych PC version European release, poster etc..

I found on mobygames the picture of Bloodwych US release box for PC dos, but I can't find any picture of the european release. Has the PC version ever been released in Europe? UK, Germany…

The Amiga and ST versions came with poster, did the PC come with it too? Any picture would be appreciated.
