just compiling a list of requested features....

- HDF / HD Folder support
- enable/disable floppy drives (DF1-DF3)
- PSP-USB mode support
- Savestate overwrite confirmation
- Parallel joystick bugfixes (can be found in PUAE)
- "proper" .uaerc config files (pure text) from E-UAE
