Well I have profiled every part of source and nailed all stuff hogging CPU. I have literally squeezed as much out of it as I can with out breaking stuff.
To be honest, you will never get 100% speed on 333MHz. I realise now, my PSP was clocking at 444MHz when I saw big speed increase. :(.
I will keep at it, worked on FAME/C last couple of days. Its running ok, just not hooked into full E-UAE core framework yet.
I was looking at 020 options, uae4all2 has a FAME/C 020 core, will look at switching to that one.

One main issue, never knew about this. Original PSP (PHAT), has slower RAM. So as well as the limited memory (currently, made it so it gets 10MB Total).
Its crippled from the get go. Still trying though, :). Still annoyed that physically moving Paula audio completely from core made no difference, its even running under DMA, so should have made a big difference. Most of the CHIPSET work has also been physically moved to GU and that to made no difference. Only things that have increased speed are the core source being tweaked as a result of profiling and disabling vsync. Last remaining bottleneck is CPU. I have tweaked code as far as I can to squeeze every last drop.

JIT is still a problem, I stupidly had a separate source for getting JIT working. I then realised I mixed up source with a bust version. I then tried merging mostly working JIT to main source I have been working from. Result is a load of debugging needed, back to pink screen, :(.

All fun.
