hello again all

I have updated the WHDLoad slave for Mega Lo Mania. A pre-installed copy linked here for testing, including English, German and French data.

- Bug in trainer on final level fixed

- Keyboard controls to increase/decrease game speed (+/-)

- CUSTOM1=1 Enables CD32 controls

-- Joypad directions move the cursor
-- RED / BLUE now operate as left and right mouse buttons and can be swapped similarly with the "B" button
-- PLAY pauses / unpauses the game (like "P" keyboard control)
-- GREEN toggles the Help texts (like "Help/T" keyboard controls)
-- FORWARD/REWIND in-game to speed up/down the passage of time
-- YELLOW + REWIND to quit from a game (like "Esc" keyboard control)
-- YELLOW + FORWARD to swap fire/second button controls (like "B" keyboard control)
-- For level code password entry, use up/down to change the cursor to a required letter, then use FORWARD/REWIND to accept/delete a letter. Once entered, use PLAY to enter the code.
-- FORWARD + REWIND + PLAY will quit the slave.

- CUSTOM1=2 Disables the mouse control
- CUSTOM1=3 Enables CD32 controls and disables the mouse control.
