Edge of Disgrace
« on: October 28, 2008, 11:51:30 PM »
The be all end all demo has arrived.

I honestly have to say I've never seen a better C64 demo. It's currently
rated with 9.8/10 at CSDB and the C64 demoscene is going nuts over
it. All I can say is... Respect!

 ;D Really nice indeed!

Like the good old days of Amiga demo design. Nicer than Deus Ex Machina on the C64 I reckon.

Wow. I was thinking of my favourite bits when it started, but it became too many to count after a while. Colourful bunch aren't they. Good tune too - with the Terminator bit nicely in there.

Agree with you guys, and I think the tune is one of the best ever on the C64. It really takes a few unexpected roads and at the same time is very commercial (people even hummed it while it was playing for the first time at X2008).

What I also like is that it has something universal about it, probably because of its smoothness. There's in my view, no sign of the demo ever loading. It's pleasing to anyone, even if they're on PC, Mac or whatever.
