Project Diaries - Posting Guidelines

This forum is dedicated to the posting of project diaries of Amiga games developers. As such it is a "view only" forum for all members.

If you would like to contribute a production diary, please just let the team know about the project and your interest in sharing a diary with us.

You can then post your diary entries to the normal Games development board, and a member of staff will move your post(s) appropriately. Simply title the thread "Project Diary: " and the name of the project.

You should be aware of the following system for the handling of diary entries;

- All diary entries will be moved/merged into a project thread in this sub-forum here.

- There will be only one thread per project here, whilst general discussion should be kept to the normal Games development board

- Latest Diary posts will be moved by a moderator or admin into the front-page Diary Board, so that your latest entry can be seen on the main page of Ultimate Amiga, giving your project all the coverage it deserves.

- Diary posts should however show some kind of activity! If your latest entry is "Day 3, did nothing but watch TV today" it is not going to be front-page worthy!

- A moderator or admin will add a post after your latest entry, with a link to the rest of the diary.

- When a newer diary entry is submitted, the previous one will be merged with the main diary thread for the project.

- Please keep your first diary post descriptive regarding the project as a whole. Let people know your aims, background, and objectives, and any other information you would like to share.

- Pictures, Videos and other links are all welcome and should be encouraged. We will be happy to host any images or files on your behalf if you attach them to your respective posts.

I hope you all find this an agreeable solution, and if you'd like to discuss this system, please drop us some feedback in the main development board, where your comments are always appreciated.
