Near full speed

Well my test worked. Took Beta 4 which was already fast and added new wip4 gfx backend to it and bang. Everything I tried was near full speed.

Another world intro was very slow. If I recall only rendered 6 frames. Now renders 46 to 50 frames. Lotus, lotus 2, apidya play insanely well. Very smooth.

Think, I will throw beta 26 audio / mp3 player into and it will be awesome.

Its that fast I need to re-enable fps cap as some things are running at 60 to 70 fps.
