need help uploading

I want to upload an .lha file, the executable version of my amos game wizard of the orb.
Is all packed inside an lha file. How can I upload my file overhere?

attach it to a post in the submissions section of the forum. Just label your post in a similar way to the previous ones.

At some point we will move all the submissions into the Downloads section... although I really need some more free time if i'm to do the overhawl that I would really like to!
