Hi folks,

Just letting everyone know that I have started making a list of all the extra commands in extensions made by users. So far I have done 2 extensions and have 100+ commands listed, including 3 undocumented/unfinshed ones.

Has anyone else started a similar list?

Me again,

Since someone is a little impatient (Sam!) I have uploaded what I have done so far to my website:

http://www.geocities.com/aliensrcooluk/public/AMOS_ExtCommands.txt

I shall try to remember to update it weekly. Once completed I will upload it here :)
If anyone has any comments please reply below.

Thanks,

Andrew:

Your work is very good. I can really use your extensions list, very much needed for all of us amos coders.
HEHE thank you for doing this !!!

It's gonna be a long project (6+ months).

It needs to be done though, ready for my AMOS Database project and so I don't duplicate any commands when I finish writing my own extension. It will also be helpful for those that get confused with which command belongs to which extension - something which isn't always clear.

Hmmm... why can't we adapt the help guide? Surely all that's need is to rename the original help guide file and throw in a new one that I can write (urgh, not another project!). Then I throw in a special page, allowing  the choice between the original and my guide, which is named what the original help guide file was called.

If that seems too complicated, I can just create the new guide and AMOS users simply add it as a link in the erm... appropriate menu. Not many people use the help key anyway.

Hi all,

Just a quick upate. I was hoping to have this finished by March, however due to the amount of work involved (not helped by some extensions - Intuition - having almost no documentation and commands that are bugged (e.g. crash AMOS)) it looks like it may not be finished until May :(

Hi,

Just a quick notice to say I have uploaded the latest version of the command list to my website. See the link at the top of this thread.

The reason for the notice is that I am about to upgrade my laptops OS from Windows 2K SP3 to SP4. If all goes you will here from me again, if not.... *shudders*

Hi,

I'm still here, slowly working on it.

FYI: Geocities is closing in a few months, so the work-in-progress file will disappear from the current location. I'm not sure whether I will relocate my website yet or not. The project will continue regardless :)

Hi,

Here is an updated version of the User Extensions Command List file. It's mainly all of the JD commands that have been added from Joerg Dommermuths extensions.
The file at my website is now out of date, so please check here at the AMOS Factory for the latest versions of the file.

Hi folks,

Been AWOL for a while as I decided to take AMCAF head on (and knuckled down to 2 weeks solid work in my spare time). AMCAF has been added to the list, and includes a few secret commands (unless he documented them in the AMCAFUpdate docs, which I have yet to tackle).
The JVP-Nokids and LDOS extensions have also been added.

See the attached file.
