If you're interested in certain adventure games, the easiest and fastest way of running them could be using the ScummVM emulator. (Scumm is the script language used in the early LucasArts games, VM stands for Virtual Machine). ScummVM runs  Amiga, Macintosh, PC and even C64 versions of certain adventure games.

The list of Amiga games emulated includes:

Elvira 1 and 2
The Feeble Files
Flight of the Amazon Queen
Future Wars
Gobliiins 1-3
Indiana Jones 3 and 4
Loom
Maniac Mansion *
Nippon Safes
The Secret of Monkey Island 1 and 2
Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2
Waxworks
Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders *

* = C64 version also supported!
