I just discover this homebrew game, remake of the turrican original. Gfx are nice for an homebrew, great work for the creator. I didn't try the game and a new release is coming out

Yeh, its been there for awhile, but i doubt it will ever get released. Mainly cause im sure it will have copyright issues.
