Is it possible to inhibit the Amiga+A key combo to toggle Amos?

Yes, use the instruction Amos Lock. To reactivate the Amiga+A (or whatever keys you configured it to in the editor) function simply use Amos Unlock

Use it cautiously, as you may wish to use the Amiga+A function during development / debugging of your software ;)
