Title: Blank ADF!!!

hey evry1!
I Need help

i'me trying 2 install somthing VA workbench
and need alitle help from someone!
i can't do this on any computer so
thats why i need your help!

can someone upload a blank
1600kb 3.5HD adf for me?

this 1 i used on pspuea dosn't select!

any help?

Did you enable HD drive in Drives menu???

yes i did and i've just found out that its
not  working on workbench! i need a fresh 1
created on winuae
