Can anyone tell me if Easy Amos (1992) works on an Amiga 500+? I am new to Amos and Amiga and wonder if there are any compatibility problems.
All versions of AMOS should work fine on the A500+. The A500+ has the Enhanced Chip Set (ECS) standard and Amos will take maximum advantage of this chip set. The added Chip memory will probably help out as well.
My first experience of AMOS was Easy AMOS on an A500+ so, yes, it works fine.
Incidentally, did anyone notice that the Easy AMOS manual was suspiciously like the SAM Coupe manual? ;-)
@matbas
Welcome to The AMOS Factory. Sam and Crashed are right, Easy AMOS should work great on your A500+. Let us know how it works out for you.
@Crashed
I had never noticed it, but you're right, I think all AMOS manual covers look a bit like the SAM's manual cover. Maybe it was an early '90s thing?
