As we know cheap adapters on Internet and e-bay about 1,50 euro have a problem whit HDD led
Here is the solution!
Just connect the one side of diode led to point that shows the photo
(the first adapter on the left i have destroy the original led , and I replaced with main other different but working fine..)

Why the led mod? it comes with a led onboard.
oi, you voided the warraty, lol. Dont be sending back to me for a refund if you break it, ;).
Anemos, be careful with messing with the CF Adapter, cause I was messing with mine electrically and it fried my CF card, :(.

lol FOL your adapter working fine at start whit a led, because it deferent whit female socket,and more expensive ;).
that from photo it another type ,more cheaper and has male socket used 2.5" cable to connect..
i use that to my second A1200 ! ;D

Not true, mine was a female socket, I then made it male, as I had an old scrap hd connecter in work, ;). Led still worked fine, :). Led only stopped working after I inserted my 4GB PSP MicroDrive, which worked for 3 hours then fried same as my CF, :(.
Second A1200, someone is getting posh, ;).
