A RAM Installer / Savstate is a Game / Application that has been loading into the RAM:, This removes long loading times and the need for inserted Disks.
It started as an alternative to HD support (which has problems at the moment) by Hungry Horace. He told me what he was doing, so I started doing my own savestates, as a test first, and I decided to use HD (High Density 1.7MB) Floppy Disks, this way I could keep the Floppies needed to load the information to the RAM:
All current SaveState are done using 1 config (as to make em all compatable). A few had to be done differently, and require 1.3 Kickstart, the 2 are Defender of the Crown and DUNE.
Currently, between me and Horace, we have made over 80 SaveStates so far. More will be added, hopefully by the RAM Installer Team.
Enjoy the SaveStates, but please give us feedback, as we cant fully test every State. This way we can fix them a.s.a.p. (Give Feedback in the RAM INSTALLER Help / Support Forum).

except.... err..... some of us dont use that config. cos we try to keep the memory down. maybe if zipped savestates worked. -cough-
