Ultimate Amiga

It needs a fair bit of tweaking, just wanted to get something together. Still needs audio runoff fixed. When you enter menu, main UAE cpu stops, the paula (now on ME) continues running its buffer. So you still hear around a second of sound.

Paused while I finish JIT. I want every feature going to be used working before continuing menu.
Fixed inputs, added cdstack, added stubbed menu (well some things work, like reset, quit etc etc).

Just working on last part of JIT (said that so many times before, ;D), its now fully booting kickstart, but kickstart hits a privilege loop. Still trying to track it down. CPU just spins waiting for an event that doesn't happen because CPU's privilege level is always returning check incorrectly (putting it into a never ending loop).

Attached screenshots may not look perfect, as I said, needs tweaking. Plus I dont have proper screenshot system setup yet.
